Return and Refund Policy

PROGRESSION 4 ALL™ products are made to order. Because each item is prepared after purchase, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@progression4all.com.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your item qualifies, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, replacement, exchange, or refund review, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Reported within 7 days of delivery

Sizing Issues

Please review the size guide before purchasing. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues unless the wrong size was sent by PROGRESSION 4 ALL™.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval, but your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
