Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review all information carefully.

Order Processing
All items are made to order and processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may increase during product drops, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all information, including shipping details and sizing, is correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PROGRESSION 4 ALL™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Status & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment after it has been dispatched.

Multiple Orders
We are unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment.

Product Availability
In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We do not offer price adjustments once an order has been placed.

Final Sale Notice
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure checkout options available at checkout.

Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

Transaction Security
All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment providers. PROGRESSION 4 ALL™ does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Failed or Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined, please verify your billing information or contact your payment provider. You may also try an alternative payment method.

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

Fraud Prevention
For security purposes, we reserve the right to review and cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping Policy – PROGRESSION 4 ALL™

HOLIDAY NOTICE
During holidays and high-demand periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early. PROGRESSION 4 ALL™ is not responsible for carrier delays during peak seasons.

ORDER PROCESSING
All items are made to order to ensure quality and attention to detail. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may begin processing the following business day. Processing times may increase during product drops or high-demand periods.

SHIPPING TIMES (U.S.)
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99
  • Free Shipping on orders over $75

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to become active in the carrier's system.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to select international locations. International orders may take 7–21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Carrier Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@progression4all.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES – PROGRESSION 4 ALL™

Return Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with your order number and details. We will review the issue and work to provide a resolution.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Sizing
Please refer to our size guide before purchasing to ensure the correct fit. We are not responsible for sizing issues.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)
If an item qualifies for a return or replacement, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
